Since all of our items are custom-made, we do not accept returns unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.
However, if there’s any issue with your order, please reach out — we’re happy to offer exchanges or solutions when possible.
📌 Please contact us within 14 days of delivery if there is a problem.
Items must be unused and in their original condition to be eligible for an exchange.
